  • Simon Terrington

    Simon has over thirty years of experience in strategy consulting for TMT companies. From 1995 to 2009, he was the founder and CEO of Human Capital, which was sold to Ingenious Media in 2008. While at Human Capital, Simon worked for many of the major broadcasters and publishers in the UK, North America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

    From 2016 to 2019, Simon was the Content Policy Director at Ofcom, overseeing the UK Commercial Broadcasting Sector.

    He started his career with LEK and Bridgewater Business Analysis.

    Simon has a PhD in Cooperative Game Theory (London), a Master’s degree in Mathematical Philosophy (London) and a degree in mathematics (Cambridge).

    He was a visiting fellow at Oxford writing about international news, made radio programmes for the BBC about chess and politics and is developing a musical in his spare time.

  • Yosra Letaief

    Yosra has more than ten years of strategy consulting and private equity experience in the TMT space, across EMEA and the Americas.

    Prior to DotVector, Yosra developed her expertise as a Strategy Director at ScaleUp Capital and as a Principal at Altman Solon. She worked extensively on market entry and opportunity assessments, go-to-market strategy development, business case development, product development, and M&A advisory.

    Yosra holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences, from Sciences Po Paris (France) and recently completed a data science bootcamp using Python. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic

    She’s also a keen football player, avid feminist literature reader, regular climber, and guitar beginner.

  • Ioana Horvath

    Ioana has over fourteen years of strategy consulting, commercial diligence and operations experience in technology and media.

    Prior to joining DotVector, Ioana built her expertise at EY-Parthenon, Stax and Ocean Strategy, working with a variety of leading international private equity investors and corporate clients in B2B media, information and technology on value creation engagements, with a focus on growth strategy, seller assistance and commercial due diligence.

    Ioana studied Management at the London School of Economics and data science at LeWagon, and led the operations of a film production company.

    When she is not at work, you can find her with a DIY project, on a mountain or trying to play the guitar.
